COVID-19 Policy
I attest that neither I nor a member of my household:
I agree to maintain the following safety practices throughout all in-person sessions with any representatives of Get Organized with Erin:
Get Organized with Erin, will pre-screen herself prior to arrival at your property by:
**** Please note that due to the varying symptoms and possible sudden onset of some symptoms, 24 hour notice is not always possible. During the pandemic all appointments missed due to the presence of symptoms will be rescheduled and not charged a cancellation fee. *******
- Has experienced any symptom of illness in the previous 14 days including fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, or new loss of taste or smell).
- Has traveled internationally or to a highly impacted area within Canada in the last 14 days.
- Has come in contact with someone who has a suspected and/or confirmed case of COVID-19.
- Is currently diagnosed (tested positive) with COVID-19 and not yet cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities or is under quarantine directed by a healthcare provider due to COVID-19 concerns.
- Has a test pending for COVID-19.
I agree to maintain the following safety practices throughout all in-person sessions with any representatives of Get Organized with Erin:
- Wear a face mask or facial covering over mouth and nose.
- Maintain at least 6-feet of physical distance from Eryn Lorriman OR employees of Get Organized with Erin
- Frequently wash hands/use hand sanitizer or wear gloves.
- Go to another room to take a drink, eat, or anything that requires pulling down or removing mask.
- Make contactless payment via E-Transfer or Square (on site terminal).
Get Organized with Erin, will pre-screen herself prior to arrival at your property by:
- Taking her temperature
- Assessing for any new symptoms that develop (cough, sore throat, runny nose, aches, tiredness, fever or other symptoms as listed on the COVID self screening tool (https://covid-19.ontario.ca/self-assessment/)
- Is registered with the National COVID tracing app to ensure there has not been any known contact with positive cases.
